A Quick Close

Ryan and Lety were referred to me by Ryan’s sister Julie, who I worked with at Vail Resorts for many years. Referrals to your family members make my heart warm. Thank you again, Julie! 😊

We met at a coffee shop on a cold Saturday in early January to discuss the home-buying basics since this was their first home and immediately got to searching that afternoon. They needed a yard for their dog, Oakley, and will soon adopt another puppy. Oakley is pictured below with the llama toy I got her for a closing gift. Furry friends are always included!

They needed enough parking space for their pontoon boat and multiple vehicles for all their adventures. They needed to be within 30 minutes of Lety’s work as a nurse since she’s typically on call. They wanted to be tucked back into a neighborhood with mature trees. Exactly one month after our first meeting, Ryan and Lety closed on their first home. They were super motivated, knew what they wanted, were willing to flex on their wish list, and were ready to try again when their first offer was outbid.

They are not afraid of projects and plan to take on some larger ones like adding a garage! The interior doesn’t need much, but they are going to paint and add their personal touch to the home. It backs up directly to Bear Creek and the trail, so they will have plenty of spring and summer adventures literally out the back door. I am so excited for these new homeowners and cannot wait to see what they do with their new home. And to meet their new puppy, of course.
