A Condo for Christmas!

Andre and I met while working at Vail Resorts years ago.

I was so excited and honored when he reached out to me looking for his first home. He knew exactly what he wanted: space for his family to visit, near I-70 for skiing, close to summer outdoor fun, in-unit laundry, and must allow dogs for all the dog sitting he does.

We looked for a handful of weekends and found the perfect 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a fireplace. We wrote a clean offer that was accepted almost immediately! No counter offer necessary. We went through a full inspection and the seller fixed just about every single thing we asked for. The process for Andre was about as smooth as you could ask. He even found a sub-letter to move into his current place immediately and he has 2 months before his first payment is due. A gift indeed.
