New Homeowner Alert: Lauren

Lauren and I connected over 2 years ago on Instagram. She knew she wanted to buy a home, but wanted to get more money saved for a down payment. We reconnected in January of this year and started the search. We found the perfect home not long after, but the rest of the home-buying process would be far from easy.

We negotiated $70,000 in fixes including foundation, roof, sewer, electrical, and a 2/1 buy down - all seller paid. Lauren handled the stress of deadlines with grace, and we were up against issues and deadlines until the morning of closing.

I am so proud of Lauren for becoming a homeowner and so grateful for her trust during one of the most complex deals to date! She has major plans for the home: renovating bathrooms and kitchen, refinishing hardwood floors, interior paint, and lots of landscaping. It’s going to be absolutely gorgeous!
