O M G is it good!!
Pillowy, ricotta + pumpkin pasta dumplings coated in toasty brown butter and crisped sage (ok, mine was dried because that’s all we had). The recipe is simple, but it does take time… if you’re willing to put it in! I recommend finding + using 00 pasta flour if you can. You can find this at some Italian markets or online.
