New Homeowner Alert: Sofie
Sofie and I first connected in January and toured this gorgeous townhome near the University of Denver. We looked at a few more homes over the following weeks but returned to the first townhome we toured. She couldn’t get it out of her mind. Thankfully, it was still on the market.
We negotiated nearly $12K in seller concessions to buy down her rate and pay for closing costs, a below-ask offer, and the home came fully furnished down to silverware and aluminium foil in the drawers!
She’s most excited about the beautiful kitchen, perfect for hosting friends and family. I am excited to add another single lady to the homeowner roster and so proud of her for making this amazing step. I am beyond grateful for her trust in this process. She completely rocked it, despite life throwing some challenges her way while we were under contract.
I cannot wait to see what she does with the space, painting, and making it her own.
